Purpose
iPlay is a media player and media-library management tool for Apple devices. It connects local storage, WebDAV, SMB, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive, and uses TMDB movie and television information and subtitle services.
Policy draft: The supported integrations are described below. Exact OAuth permissions, token storage, subtitle providers, retention, and any server-side or diagnostic processing still need to be confirmed before this policy is used for verification.
Information iPlay accesses
iPlay accesses selected media sources to browse and play films and television episodes. Sources include local storage, WebDAV, SMB, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. Media-library features include movie collections, file versions, seasons and episodes, and playback settings.
Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive
iPlay supports connections to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive so you can browse and play media from these services. Connecting a cloud account requires authorization from the selected provider. Review the permissions displayed on its consent screen before granting access.
Exact requested scopes, the handling of authorization tokens, and the access or storage of cloud file information must be documented here after the implementation is confirmed. You can manage granted access through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Sharing and third parties
iPlay uses TMDB to retrieve posters, stills, ratings, cast and crew, synopses, and related titles. Subtitle features include search, download, switching, and synchronization. Cloud connections involve Google and Microsoft services. The provider names, request data, and processing details for these integrations must be confirmed to complete this policy.
Retention and deletion
The storage locations and retention periods for library data, playback preferences, credentials, and OAuth tokens, together with app-specific deletion instructions, must be confirmed to complete this policy. Removing a cloud connection does not necessarily delete the original files from the provider.

This draft will be finalized once the implementation details have been confirmed. It is not yet a complete disclosure for OAuth verification or an App Store submission.
